March Movement Challenge
The sit-up challenge is designed to test the endurance of your sit-ups as will as build them over the month of March. Not only will this challenge improve your physical health, but it will also help you mental health by encouraging your to remain disciplined and on task. Each weekday (Monday-Friday) from March 1 to March 26, you will perform 30 sit ups. Simple enough. When you finish, a coach will sign your card. There will be no pre-test or post-test this month because the point of this challenge is to test your consistency.
